Mesa Top Dwellings
The dwellings were constructed of volcanic tuff, broken, and shaped and sanded into bricks, with mortar made by combining sand and clay. Mud was used to plaster the surface. The buildings would have been 2 and 3 stories high, with rooms going from front to back. They were part of a single multi-storied complex around a central plaza.
