Radey Bunch Travels
Loaded up the car, checked out of the Westgate Historic Inn and left Williamsburg. Thanks for a great holiday!
It started out as a cloudy day, 15•c in Williamsburg and warmed up to 20• and sunny when we got to the Luray Caverns in northwest Virginia.
The Luray Caverns are simply the most fascinating place we have been. We climbed down some stairs into a magical place. Everywhere you look there are stalactites and stalagmites of all sized and colours. We took a tour through. Our guide was entertaining and knowledgable. We had a great time. It was a great way to break up the drive.
We had lunch then resumed our trip home. Got to Grove City and got a Comfort Inn. Very spacious room with a hot tub! Made use of that!
