We went for a lovely walk into the centre of Paris this morning taking in all the sights as we went. Firstly we wandered through Luxembourg gardens which are very close to the hotel and Fran had suggested we take a look. Then we just kept walking and Andrew directed us via google maps on his phone. We headed off to Hammersmith station in the morning to catch the Picadilly Line tube to St Pancras station allowing plenty of time before our train departed for Paris. It was all very easy and after going through security and passport control we didn't have to wait too long in the boarding lounge before our platform came up on the board and we went and hopped on the train.
