Today we had a tour starting at the Louvre, taking a boat on the Seine to scale and then have lunch at the Eiffel Tower, back on the Seine to travel to Notre Dame for a tour. Missing the bikes, we decided we would hike through Paris. The day began with crepes and a cappuccino. Note to future travelers, no cappuccinos in France - we fixed that a second cafe with a cafe au lait and we had a delicious croissant - really yummy. We took the metro to Montemarte where they had a wine tasting, art and food festival. Yummy again and we then walked back to Notre Dame and our hotel in the Latin Quarter.
