ok so after the rain in Hoi An we spent 3 dry days in Nha Trang AKA Nanna Trang mainly because srah rob and I decided the pepper on the hotel restauarant table looked like ashes! Well since my birthday at the Hilton we did a cruise to Halong Bay; it was very nice. The scenery was amazing. We went to a cave where we saw huge stalagmites and stalactites; then we went kayaking. I didn't really like the kayaking so rob took we back to the floating house which was our base and I saw some monkeys whilst he paddled off. After leaving for Guangzhou we decided to not stay and try and make it to Nanning in the same day. We crossed the Hong Kong-China border early afternoon, again the Chinese officials questioned me. After using the net in starbucks we realised there was only 2 trains a day to Nanning, one we had already missed the other was at 21:00 that evening but from the other side of the city. so since i wrote on here we have been to Disney, Big Buddha, stayed at the Conrad (thanx mummy 4 the wine), sun bathed on Lama Island, ate Lobster, got v drunk on Halowwen (dressed up as a zombie and a pumpkin), been on longest escalator in world (i think it is anyway) 2m we leave for Guangzhou, hope not to stay the night and head straight to Nanning; for my birthday on the 6th :-) then Vietnam on 7th i think.... love from us both C and R xx
Hello so we've been in Hong Kong for 2 days now; the 1st day we walked around Kowloon and saw a night light and music show over the bay. today we went up Victoria Peak, amazing views, scary tram! tomorrow we are going to Disney :-) then to the Conrad for Rob's birthday treat..... Haloween is celebrated massivly here allt he bars n streets have pumkins and spiders webs etc etc
