DAY 14: DRIVE TO SAVANNAH Brass monkeys this morning as we left Orlando in our Spanish speaking Dodge SUV. Once I figured out the language controls, we set course for Savannah. We headed East out of Orlando towards the coast. The highway led us right to Daytona Beach, the home of the famous international speedway that carries it's name. DAY 13: DISNEY DAY 4 (EPCOT) That's it, no more mouse, Disney is done and dusted! Today we went to park #4, Epcot. It's like a massive science centre with a few rides thrown in for good measure. The rides, as they have been all week, were great, but I think our feet were pretty much worn out to truly appreciate everything the park had to offer. DAY 12: DISNEY DAY 3 (MAGIC KINGDOM) Wow, what a day! We're just about to pull into the Caribe Royale some twelve hours after we left it this morning. DAY 11: DISNEY DAY 2 (HOLLYWOOD STUDIOS) Back at Disney today, this time the Hollywood Studios theme park. It's currently heading towards 9pm, which means we've pulled another 12hr shift - it is true though that time flies when you're having fun! DAY 10: BACK INTO THE THEME PARK SWING (DISNEY'S ANIMAL KINGDOM) Rose early on an unseasonably hot (nudging 30deg) Orlando winter's day to catch the 8am shuttle to the first of the theme parks on our Disney hit list, the Animal Kingdom.
