COMMUNICATION AND ITINERARY

Hello everyone! Less than a week away! The anticipation is killing me! Many of you have been asking how we can stay in touch, so here is some information you should know.
First of all, go to this website. http://www.semesteratsea.org/current-voyage/overview/staying-in-touch.php It will tell you everything you need to know and nearly all of the information below.
INTERNET: I only get 2 hours of internet the entire time while on the ship (excluding email through my University of Virginia account) so if you want to get in touch with me, I suggest emailing me at my UVA account.(coming soon) or try sending it to [email protected] and hopefully i will be able to transfer it over to my UVA account.

CELL PHONE: My cell phone will be shut off as of June 14th, so please dont text or call until August 23rd.

SENDING LETTERS AND PARCELS:
AIRMAIL: Currently the U.S. Post Office recommends sending international mail at least two weeks prior to the arrival of the ship. Please keep in
mind that mail service in other countries may vary. Letters should be sent Airmail only. Please do not send any mail to the Institute for Shipboard
Education (ISE) or to the University of Virginia to be forwarded.
DO NOT SEND PACKAGES TO THE SHIP. I won't get it.

When sending mail please mark "MV Explorer - Summer 2009 Voyage" on the first line and "Attn: Kathryn Brooke Wojdynski"on the second line.

The Port Agent's Address (from the list below) should be written on the subsequent lines.
