Grady This is a good picture of the bike path along the beach in SB. I love running along this whenever I travel to the area. Some of the best views in town biking or running this. Even sitting next to a palm tree on a nice day is a good way to spend a day. Glad you guys had a good time. You have good pictures of the rest of your trip as well. It just makes me miss South Cali even more! Can't wait to go back this summer hopefully to see some old friends from my UCSB days! Planning on staying at the South Coast Inn (www.goleta-hotel.com). Close to campus and the beach!
re: photo from 16 June 2011Jesse Classic photo of Santa Barbara. Those tall palm trees are wonderful to lay under on a nice sunny day down by the beach. Whenever I am in Santa Barbara I love taking runs along the beach and these trees that line the beach really just add the perfect amount of flare to an already pretty picture. I'm planning on attending the film festival this year and I cannot wait to be in town and spend a few days enjoying the culture that surrounds the town. I'll be staying at the South Coast Inn (www.santa-barbara-hotel.com). Really elegant and right outside of town so I save a ton of money!
re: santa barbaraJames Kennedy Beautiful picture of Santa Barbara and a classic one at best. The palm trees down by the beach are some of the biggest ones I have ever seen! Such a beautiful town and there is so much to do, I love traveling there when I can! I was just there actually for Old Spanish Days (fiestas). You should try and make it out next August for them! So much good entertainment and food and of course great parties at night all over State Street. It is a great time! I stayed at the Sandman Inn (www.thesandmaninn.com). So affordable and the location is the absolute best!
