My little red notebook.

Important things, random things, notes, shopping lists, names, words, phrases. It all goes in there. I used to keep my notebooks and day books and even years later could recall conversations from notes on a page. I'm not much of a doodler though, no random pictures, shapes etc only clear concise words. I'm not even through the first section and the spine has broken on this notebook. I don't like the spiral bound reporters books, too temporary feeling. A notebook like this, even filled with random snatches, should feel more permanent.
