Glad you're still enjoying your trip. You see to have had all kinds of weather - just like here but with heat!
We haven't been dancing much lately as we've travelling up to Carlisle to see Mum, who is very poorly and in hospital now. We're on 'standby' really. Hope to see you both when you return though.
Folks keep asking when you're coming back - you ARE coming back aren't you?

Greetings! We're enjoying the Nottinghamshire sunshine! We've got floods everywhere. Dorothy and Robert have come to visit us today and had lunch. Everyone is well finally. Hope you're still enjoying your trip. You'll have nothing to tell us when you get back because we've seen it all already!

Hi both of you and happy new year. i've sent an email to thank you for james's wonderful presents! Hopefully you'vve got it. We had a fab time in the USA and will doubtless compare notes when you return. You're missing nothing here- its winter proper!

Happy New Year to you both and everone you're with. We had a good New Year Eve's party at Basford - lots of people there and a good party atmosphere. Some of the beginners (and experienced ones) gave us a good cabaret a la 'Grease' complete with Teddy boy outfits and circle skirts etc for the girls. Kath's sewing machine must have been hot again!
We headed home about 12.15 as we were struggling with our colds etc. and had a very quiet NY Day in doors. In fact, we've been here ever since except for food shopping. I'm off to the Drs on Monday. I've had enough. Enjoy yourselves while you can. We had snow in the North but none here for 1 day. Just cloudy and rain!

Enjoy your good weather. It's been blustery, cold and now we're in for wet! Our Christmas Eve services went very well. Lots of people - no doubt having a good look at the new interior of the church. Unfortunately, Christmas has been spoiled by my hacking cough and now a full blown cold, so am not feeling wonderful. Had to cancel our visit to Gary's for Boxing Day. Looks like I might have shared it with Graham by today. We'll make an effort to get to the New Year's Eve dance but don't really feel like partying. Happy New Year to you both anyway. We'll be thinking of you at midnight. UK time that is!!!

Glad that you are having such a good holiday and that everything is going so well for you. We are busy preparing for Christmas here and the weather is freezing cold, you are certainly in the best place! We have enjoyed looking at your photos and how nice that Neil has now joined you. Missing you at the dances, they are getting quite busy now with all the parties. Love to you both, Kath & Fred.

So happy that you are seeing so much and having such a grand time. I'm sure hving your son there added significantly to your enjoyment. Continue to enjoy yourselves. Have a blessed and beautiful Christmas. Love, MK
