Hello All
Hope you have all had a great week and that this blog finds you all well.
Firstly I would like to take some time out to talk about my cousin Julian James who is 35 years old and we found out on Sunday that he has an incureable and very aggressive brain tumour. It is un-operable and they said that he only had a few days to live he is now being moved from Intesive Care at the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford to Wycombe General Hopsital as he is talking and is awake. What I would ask all of you to do is just to pray for him, where there is life, there is hope. I am now dedicating this journey to him.
My week because of this has been a bit up and dowm, but on Sunday I went to an agricultural festival called Agrofest, it had a lot of stalls and animals, fruits and plants, it was lovely. On Tuesday I went for a tour around some of the beaches and a couple of historical places. Sam Lords Castle which used to be avery famous hotel but now closed down in 1998, I went for a look around the empty site and the great house which is owned by the Barbados Heritage Trust. I also went to a monestary which was just beautiful. But by far the best time was at the lighthouse where you can see the entire east coast, it was breath taking.
Night has been enjoyed watching the sunset and drinking rum and coke which I am starting to become immune to, which is not good but it taste great.
I am looking forward to my 2 friends Elaine and Caroline to come out on Tuesday as we have got a fun packed week in store.
Ok thats me for this week, love to all my family and friends and have a blessed week, speak to you all soon.
Love Alisa
