Hi, we are now on Vanouver Island, we left Emerald Beach about 2.45pm yesterday, had a quick stop for dinner, and got to the ferry terminal at 8pm. We got on the 9.35pm crossing and arrived in Nanaimo @ 11.20pm. We got to bed about 12.30-1am. Its now 11.27am and as far as I know Pete's the only one in his family up and about. He bought breakfast over to our unit and nobody else has turned up for their breaky yet. We have another night here then we are in Victoria for two nights before crossing over to Vancouver and flying out @8.30pm on Wednesday night. We arrive 11.25am in Invercargill on Friday.
