Poland: some say its boring while some find it the place to be. I guess i would be in the middle. There isnt much to say about it, but i had a good time being there. I went to a festical called the Corpus Christi Proccesion where many religous people go to a cathedral and there is a sermon then they parade a statue of Jesus threw the city. It was...intersting....

I visted The top restaurant by the name of Fukier. Their cuisine is differnt yet the same to America. They have the same cuts of meat and fish, but the food they pair them with is very different than here in america. They have duck on a mousse and honey and rasains.....doesnt that sound wierd to you? Then they do have styles of meat I would not think about eating such as veal liver and goose breast. Seeing how their culture eat was quite fasinating. I couldnt find any really amazing souvenirs in poland so i bought a tshirt and magnet that read poland on them in english and polish. If you aksed me what fun activity i did i would say the salt mine. It was something i would have never done here in america but this one of the greatest salt mines ever and i was so interested in it i must say it was fun!
