alrite, theres been a bit of a major development the last few days. basically tpo has been running low on cash since, well LA, and has realised he cant really afford the rest of the trip so has had to move his flight forwards bout 5 days i think. i didn't really want to rush up the east coast with him then be stuck in brisbane for 5 days after he leaves, so after looking into the various options we decided the only thing for it really was to split up. so i packed him off on a coach to port macquarie this morning, and im still in sydney waiting to get a coach up to newcastle. so basically we're doing the same journey but i'l be a few days behind him, taking a bit more time and stopping off in more places. kinda gay, but also pretty excited, looking forward to not having to put up with his ugly mug every day! might even make some friends. well..........

so anyway thats the main news, otherwise been having an awesome time in melbourne and sydney, doing some of the tourist stuff and lots of partying. will update properly later on when ive got a bit more time. the next leg looks like mainly beach towns and the like, so should be a bit less hectic. maybe. also, most random thing ever, had a bbq last night at the hostel with loads of other backpackers, me and tpo just popped down the road on a booze run and were just queuing up to pay when we bumped into jim seddon!! (someone we know from college) couldn't beleive it, both randomly happened to be in the same dodgy liquor store in the middle of kings cross on the other side on the world at the same time, crazy. anyway as i said gotta catch the coach pretty soon, will probably update quite a lot over the next couple of weeks as i will probably have no mates and nothing better to do, yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay.
