Well went out on Thursday night on a pub crawl organised by another backpackers with John and the germans. started off very quiet but ended up having a great time. we went to 5 bars and in mama africa there was a great afrtican band and one of them taught me to play the marima( or something that sounds like that). had a really nice last night! went to the bus station at half twelve the next day but bus was delayed until half 2! very comfy though, although the driver was a maniac! saw a few hours of the sights and stopped at Laingsburg for a burger with ketchup, bbq sauce, mayo, mustard and thousand island in it which was actually very nice! managed a couple of hours sleep as empty seats next to me to stretch out. arrived at 10am, and spent a very eventful day at the airport, eating and ringing mark and reading lots, then a 12 hour flight! sat next to a young australian couple and watched the duchess and even managed an hours sleep but woke up with such a dead leg!
