6.36 am i went to sleep yesturday at around 10pm and just woke uo but i dont feel like ive slept properly. Yeasturday i spent the day with two sisters from isreal , noah and mayka they seem nice and it was good to be with other people rather than by myself, and they managed to get me to eat a bowl of noodles with chopsticks which id have never done. Going to the beach today, yay. Should be nice hopefully it'll feel fresher than the city as its beenreally sticky and muggy.
