Loving every minute being together again with my German family. Truly.
We had a beautiful fruhstuck, the girls loved the red berries (johanes berries, don't have them back home) which were hand picked from the tree and yogurt. They gobbled it up!
Sun shining so off to the beautiful lake surrounded by mountains. Gorgeous! Lovely beach with little restaurant / cafe surrounded by colorful, pretty flowers, playground, green lawn, mountains in background, and so peaceful! We all had loads of swims and a picnic lunch. Lana fell asleep on towel with Heidi, it was so cute!! Craig and Horst cycled there and I cycled home. On route home I was pinching myself that we were together, just so wonderful! Then Horst picked up the speed, I barely kept up with him, he's 74!! Upon arriving home, out of breath, legs killing, within 2 minutes it was hailing, and hailing hard. Mr weather man Horst knew, of course! A lady did try to stop me saying it was dangerous riding. Girls loved it and had a hail fight in the garden. Jaz and Lana picked berries with Horst.
Dinner .... Another highlight... the girls cleaned up their plates and Gabi raved how Heidi is such an 'awesome' cook. Uli arrived home, really good to see him.
