Wow….I am finally here….by months of preparation, prayer, and God's grace I am in the YWAM base in Oxford, New Zealand. My missionary training has now begun. For three months I will be here in New Zealand living at the YWAM base while learning the precious Word of God, memorizing scripture, learning the geography of the nations and about the many cultures we soon will be amongst, as well as having the joy of making new friends and Worshiping our Lord Jesus Christ in unity and learning from the other believers I will be living with. It wont be hard making friends given the fact that there our fourteen other girls living in my room alone. I'm excited. My roommates come from all over: England, Holland, Canada, USA, Denmark, and Israel. It so awesome to thank that we come miles away for the same desire and passion for the nations. I am thankful to God that the base here is beautiful and the people are lovely. So, the next three months we will focus on "knowing God" and then the three months following that we will be sent into nations to "make God known". Amen.
