This is the third time i've written this so let's hope it posts ok. It's obviously easier to post things under water than on this site! THANK YOU so much for the wonderful card - we've literally never seen anything like it! It was lovely of you to think of us and Chris will be able to take it in to school. It was back to school today but the weather is still glorious and really warm so it was a bit of a shame! Chris passed his Kayaking 1* and now has SATs to look forward to! There are lots of other better things lined up though, including a get together at Jenny and Joe's and a day out for Gramp's birthday at Burford Wildlife. Then before two long it will be 'Ben back from Oz' which should involve a beer or two! Met up with your Mum and Dad and Jenny and Matea yesterday - it was lovely to see them all. Have been weeding and have been finding Easter eggs in the garden - they're left over from Easter Sunday but I've got an egg for you stored safely on top of my wardrobe. (and it's Cadbury's) I'll try to get the sum right this time!!!! Take care and have fun, With love from us allxxxx

The shrimp are cool but after a while they started to hurt as they nip. The post man is a diver but i think that he transforms at some point into an aeroplane!
Barb And Co
Ben, did you really let that shrimp clean out your mouth!!!???
Barb And Co
That worm is amazing! The fish are beautiful (especially Nemo) but what were you doing with that shrimp? Are the postcards plastic and does that mean that the postman is a diver? So many questions........ looking forward to hearing the answers! Take care Ben, love us xxxx

hi Ben, So pleased that you're back safe and sound! It sounds like a wonderful experience. We're all fine here. Chris is doing a kayaking course at South Cerney and, actually, the weather has been really warm. If not tropical then almost (at least for April). Nothing else much to report. have missed your Mum over the holidays. Soon be time to go back to school and then we'll be looking forward to seeing you !
Lots of love.xxxx

Hi Ben, so glad to hear from you. Lots of people wondering where you were and if you were ok. Great to be able to tell them you've had brilliant time and are safe and well. It sounds as though you've had an amazing time, the diving sounds very exciting but a tad too extreme for my liking. Not sure you going to cope with sleeping old Nympsfield on your return, the gravel pits at South Cerney can't compete! Enjoy every minute but take care. Love from us all.

Hello everyone i am back from Vanuatu and from the best diving it was fantastic the first week was at a place called hideaway island at port villa, which had some amazing coral reefs with stunning fish life and great for photography. The second week was at another island called Santo where we dived the wreck of the SS President Coolidge which was unbeliveale it was massive, it went from 20m deep down to 70m and carl and i went down to 70m a couple of times whitch is the limit that can be done on air before it becomes toxic. On the wreck there was old jeeps lots of guns and amunition all in remarkably good condition. It was a great holiday.

Hi Ben, Happy Easter! I've been finding information about the Solomon Isles - sounds amazing. Michael is back this weekend [from Bristol] He made us a delicious roast dinner and then we sat in the garden and enjoyed the hot, sunny weather. Tim came too but he had to go to work at 4pm [poor old Tim!] I haven't forgotten the promise I made to you on Christmas Day about the Easter Egg Hunt; I've kept loads of eggs for the June Hunt! Can't wait to see you again - won't be long. Christiane said that she really enjoyed her diving lessons with you. Take care. Love from Joan.

Hi Ben. Happy Easter. I Know you will not have this message on Easter Day, but just to let you know we are thinking of you and missed you yet again on hot cross bun day . This is becoming a habit! A Mary had to buy a few less (only 36 this year) because you and Ian were away. We actually ran out !! Uncle Chris only had 3 halves! I think the grandsons may be guilty! Hope you had a brilliant trip - I read that the Solomon Isles are a divers dream, looking forward to the photos. Looking forward to seeing you soon too - take care.
