So here we are, sat in the airport ready to go... Getting up at 5:50AM was a struggle for me, Amy on the other hand seemed to launch out of bed powered only excitement and started sort her suitcase out again just to be sure!

The train journey here went very smoothly, no hiccups.

For "looking happy to be alive" (according to a member of Virgin staff) we got ushered through the VIP check in and security! Then Amy got a text from a friend who just happened to be flying out of Gatwick today too, so we met up with her for a quick chat before going camera shopping!

Camera purchased, coffee drank as Amy looking smiley, we're about to board the plane...
