Ahh Amsterdam... what can you say. It is everything you have heard people say about it and more. Picturesque, beautiful, clean... and full of drugs alcohol and hookers. we were so stoked that finally people in europe not only understood english, but were more than willing to speak it back to you. we had no idea where to go, and a taxi driver of all people told us we could walk 5 minutes to our hostel! anyways we trekked there, to find it was bang smack in the middle of the red light district and all the "coffee" shops. Crazy! the food was awesome, and we walked around the red light district and checked out all the window displays. it was hilarious! some of them are older than my mother! but it did live up to expectations so we had a good time.
We went shopping the next day, and spent waaaay too much money. But we got some cool t shirts, jumpers, and I got my Ferrari jacket finally - and cheaper than in Italy! We fell in love with the most gorgeous diamond ring, and would have bought it but fundage problems on my behalf stopped us... ahh well - there is a diamond out there for us yet. Anyways thats all I can say about Amsterdam, cos hey - what happens in Amsterdam stays in Amsterdam!!
We trained it in the evening to Brussels, then caught the new Eurostar into London which is apparently the fastest way in now. It was too dark to see the tunnel, and anything on the way, but if anyone asks Brussels was gorgeous and the tunnel was amazing hahahaha anyways we're going to cruise around London, see the sights, and spend some quality time with my cousin - on pub crawls!! will let you know how we go
