Well I'm into my third week now! Last week was just a case of carrying on with my projects during the week. We had one particularly difficult morning regarding punishment of children as the teacher was properly beating the children with a cane, even making one child really scream and run out the classroom she hurt him so much. …
Right, well I'm away in deepest, darkest Africa (specifically Tanzania) for 6 weeks from the 4th of July to the 16th of August. Here you can see what I've been up to. Just to give you a general idea of what I will be/am up to I'm staying in Moshi, Tanzania where on weekday mornings at least I'll be working in a local nursery teaching very basic English, supporting basic math's and playing games and singing nursery rhymes. Just to give you a general idea of what I will be/am up to I'm staying in Moshi, Tanzania where on weekday mornings at least I'll be working in a local nursery teaching very basic English, supporting basic math's and playing games and singing nursery rhymes. In the afternoons there could be a range of projects that I'll be involved in such as playing netball, teaching in a primary/secondary school or on a sanitation project.
I'm lucky enough to get my weekends off however meaning I get time to do a little travelling to wonderful places such as the Ngorongo crater for a safari.
