It was a beautiful day today, cloudless and 20C. We visited Carmel and Vin. David and Joan, plus James, Nikki and their children were there we had a lovely time. We left at 3pm to take Jo to the airport as she was returning to Melbourne to assist with Alice's 21st dinner. We boys went to dinner at Brunelli's, an Italian restaurant in East Rundle St. Another good day.

It was a fine day today, about 19C. We drove to the Barossa, starting in Tanunda and finishing in Angaston (Yallumba). Tom and Jo visited about six wineries. Eb and I looked at the sites and listened to the footy. For dinner, we walked to East Rundle St to the Thai restaurant Michael2. It was very good. Jo and the boys went to the casino, returning at about 1230 - they said they had fun. The boys then went to a bar in Hindley St, returning home at about 330am...
Collected Jo from the airport this morning and drove to McLaren Vale. Tom and Jo visited about five wineries while Eb and I entertained ourselves playing Words. We went to a local Italian restaurant for dinner. We made sue we were home by 830 so that we could watch the footy - Carlton v Nth Melbourne - we won by 19 pts. It was a good day.
280711 Day 2 of trip to Adelaide. A beautiful sunny day with est max of 20C. I got up early and went for a walk along the River Torrens and then to the Central Market. Departed at 720am with Tom and Eb to drive to Adelaide. Jo remained to work and will join us in Adelaide on Friday It was very cold at 3C and foggy. Soon the fog lifted to a clear day. As usual, we stopped at Horsham 'maccas' and then at the Keith bakery and 'train' park. The boys only had a few rides on the train, unlike years past when they'd spend ages riding the train.
