San francisco: Best place so far! Stayed in the USAHOSTELS ON SUTTER STREET (best place) - was soo much fun. On the first night I was there was really awful, met with a bunch of lads from UK (dull as) and went on a tour with them the next day (still dull). Stil - I saw the redwood trees, Haight and ashbury (Jimi Hendrix lived here), Golden Gate bridge and China Town (biggest outside China). But the in the afternoon I walked in on a party in the lounge where I met all of the staff (they were wicked, Sam esp, also Milli, Jinny, Giles and others). Made really good friends with them - went out with them that night, spent lots of time with Sam (aka Salaam) who was v funny. Next couple of days hung around with those guys also made friends with Karsten (German hat guy) and Ryan who were very cool. We went out to Jack in the box that night was so much fun - and bumped into three of the funniest black people in the world (you had to be there). Went shopping the next day with Karsten, Sam and Ryan - then spent the afternoon with Karsten walking around San Fran. Another big party in the hostel which I helped out with - was absolutely Fab!! Was really gutted to be leaving so extended the stay another couple of days - before getting a bus down to LA>
