Been some time since I update this, and alot has happened.

My First group was wonderful but definately a difficult group to work with. We had 6 s, Sara AKA Sassy, Hallie, Kimmy, Alethea AKA Drama Queen, and my two favs Beatrice AKA 'B' and Jackie from England.

During the first two weeks we had to get used to taking care of our campers aswell as getting to know them, which wasn't too difficult. We probably had the hardest but funniest group to work with, they needed constant 1 to 1 attention and would do just about anything to get it. We did alot of fun things, like dances, camp fires, talent shows, special guests, fire department talks, for evening activities, which all the campers looked foward to as it was something different from all the activities, I have uploaded pics and videos for the first two weeks :). We also took a 'field trip' to the bowling alley, which was great for the campers, once they got into it.

The first two weeks have flown by very quick, I wished we had more time with our group, cause I felt like we had only just gotten to know them and then it was time to say goodbye. Only 2 campers from my group left last Saturday, and the other 4 moved groups, so I still see them around. It was difficult saying bye to 'B' cause I'd gotten to know her so well, I spent alot of time with her, and as some of you may have already heard she had some bad times too.

During my time off we usually got rides to the beach, or the malls around Connecticut or Rhode Island, and nights off we went to Ruby Tuesdays, or Appleby's which are typical American Bars (a bit like what you'd see in the movies). Occasionally we go to Walmart, which is always so much fun lol. The highlight of my day off has got to be the CHEESECAKE FACTORY!!.

I have uploaded lots more pics from the first session, but unfortunately I can't upload pictures of campers. I will update you on the second session soon.
