After 4 days in the lovely apartments we have now moved to this great villa. An & Peter arrived just after 7 pm on Saturday and we strolled down the 'strip' to have a meal in the new Asian Fusion restaurant, Japanese, Thai and Chinese it was their very first night and the food was excellent as was the service and the atmosphere a really good start to A & P's holiday. Today the temp climbed steadily to about 26 degrees with blue skies and sunshine and a tiny breeze the swimming pool came in very handy. It was carnival on the island yesterday evening and we watched the parade it reminded us of the same in Duesseldorf and Koeln without the freezing cold temps associated with those cities at this time of year. There were some great floats and fabulous music and lots of people in the parade from 1 to 90. Looking forward to hopefully some of the same weather tomorrow.
