So I'm sitting in a church (no surprise there) which is built on the rock where the fish and loaves miracle happened. I believe the story happened but part of me struggles with the accuracy of knowing that it was this rock - this country has a lot of rocks!

A beautiful morning after a long journey into Israel yesterday. We had a beautiful mass on the sea of gaililee, slightly choppy seas, the breeze occasionally gusting and a perfect blue sky. Singing in the middle of the sea looking back to the land, the same land that the disciples would have looked at from their fishing boats, just felt right.
