I love this Jess. Sticky rice and mango is amazing but its so filling so only small portions. I'm glad your embracing the Thai food culture, the night markets are some of the best places I think, so much fun.
Please find out what those blackcurrant jelly things are, very odd. I am also glad to hear that It wasn't just me who encountered crazy dogs, I found they were fine in the day and as soon as it turned dark it was necessary to carry a stick as you mention!
