We came, we saw, we climbed! Only about 500 stairs to the top of the Duomo;) it was pretty neat though, not as tough as we thought it might be! The view at the top was amazing, we saw all of Florence from there which was quite breath taking! The stairs up to it were about a two-three foot wide spiral staircase with hardly any windows to the outside and the ones they had were super tiny! There was only one way up and one way down, there was a couple people who had a hard time.
We saw the statue of David today! Awesome work, the veins and the detail are exquisite;) I could go without the rest of the museum, David really steals the show~
We also had our last gelato today in the gelato capital...30€ later...yeah we wouldn't of paid that either if we knew how much it was! At least it was delicious!
We finished off our Tuscany visit with an awesome dinner, suggested by our hotel. Tied for first with the best meal yet in Italy! And of course wine but we haven't had a bad one yet!!
