Hi! Hope you both are feeling better. Wow! a five star hotel in the middle of nowhere how cool is that? Scuba diving or snorkeling sounds wonderful. I remember the colors in the Indian Ocean, Mediterranean, Carribean and South Pacific. Too bad we don't have those colors out West. Sounds like you are having a great time.

Off to Grandma's 87 th birthday tomorrow. She will be so happy to receive these blogs. Take care and will write again.

Ahhh Ash, your writing is so vivid I almost feel like I'm there. I can certainly visualize the spider for sure... euuwwww yuk. This place you now stay sounds absolutely incredible and no creepy crawlies. I can hear/feel your relief on this matter and the fact that washing your hair in a hot shower is something you'll never take for granted again. LOL

I do hope your tummies are feeling better. I hear you might be meeting up with Mark. He called Wendy saying he hopes to catch up with you back in Bangkok. That would be so cool if you saw him there of ALL PLACES.

Anyway, that land is the setting for the musical The King and I. Ash, I will tell your mumka that is why you chose to visit there. She'll be pleased! Kidding, of course. Sorry for the bizarre indulgence. My head hasn't been on straight since last weekend, when your dad and Trav led 6 of us up Blackcomb, on snowmobiles. The setting could not be further from what your eyes are seeeing. all the best to you and Mike.

Sounds like you're having a great time. Don't rent any 24 hour mopeds. If they HAPPEN to get stolen in your care they throw you in jail until you pay for them!! That is not a memory of you holiday that you would like to bring home with you. Mom
