Finally we arrived at Sydney after couple of loop flying around above Newcastle. Once we came out of the custom area, and finally see the proper Australian people, some of them waiting for their mother with balloon saying 'welcome home' and bunch of flowers. Bless them. We went to the help desk to ask for the bus shuttle to our hostel, they was very helpful and suddenly there is a man waiting to take us to our hostel. I was very impressed comparing to China! Anyway, as he drove us through Sydney, what a completely different building, car and it culture, the people are so laid back. It was raining at Sydney, my clothes is all vest and short! Finally we arrived our hostel, it was ok but not as good as hostel in Shanghai which I've really enjoyed it. Beside it provides us a bed and that the main thing! We decide to make most of it in Sydney as we only got from today until next Monday (we depart on Tuesday morning). We decided to go to the Quay area. We got subway (Metro) to get there and it was different to London tube train, here is a double decker with it old fashioned metal sheet around it. Finally we saw the Harbour Bridge and the Opera House for the very first time in our life, despite to the raining, it still looked so beautiful! We walked along the Opera House and we took lots of pictures to capture memories. We relaxed for a bit looking at the quay with it river as the sun start to set (it was only at 4.30pm). As the hostel provides us a kitchen, we decided to save money and cook dinner for us. I cooked Spaghetti Bolognese. It was delicious :) overall it has been amazing so far!
