So.. I've been in my destination for 2 weeks and I haven't written a single entry. :>

The flights went well, 2h 45 min from Helsinki to Paris.. and 7 hours from Paris to Montreal. The only hiccup I experienced in the whole trip was at Montreal. Air France had lost my luggage and it was still in Paris somewhere.

So they had me fill a couple papers and sent me on my merry way. The luggage was sent to the house about 3 days later eventho the woman at the counter had told me that it "will come to Montreal later tonight" .. Which it obviously didn't. It actually came in the next day.. And it took them a day to do the 2 hour trip that it takes to come to the house. Thank you Air France.

In any case.. The weather was rainy and stormy for a week or so and we had Adrian's graduation last weekend. Lots of family and cake and foods. Yesterday was Andrew's birthday so we'll be seeing some more cake.

Yesterday we drove to Ticonderoga where Alicia had her play of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. More a musical than a normal play. But they performed well. Ticonderoga, on the other hand, is a very very dead town. Almost no shops were open or even in business.

Today the weather is pretty awesome, no clouds in sight. So I'll probably get my swimmingsuit, step outside, catch some rays and dip into the swimming pool.

I'll write another entry some other day, when I have something to report :p
