Once again it was great reading the latest blog and brill getting text from you. We were in the cinema when you text: went to see Rush Hour 3: very good. Your latest adventure sounded amazing your dad was quite jealous: you know how he loves safari trips and searching for the Big 5, We only ever got a slight glimpse of Leopard so hope you've taken lots of photos of everything you saw. You never mentioned the Dung Beetles, Did you see them????? How amazing are those little things?
As Aunt Therese said in her msg we had a lovely day yesterday. The weather turned out pretty good for us. Gran really enjoyed it. I too have had a week of overeating and my next trip is 4weeks tomorrow sorry just realised the time: it's 4weeks today. I suppose I should think about getting to bed I am going to Tai Chi in the morning. Fiona's coming for me.
Oh just quickly yesterday was the Invitational at Sandyhills and it was called off because of the rain and your dad was more than a little miffed today as Today's medal was cancelled due to all the rain. He's playing tomorrow: a team match for Strathclyde at Glasgow Killermont he's panicing mind as he hasn't played for a fortnight and he has the highest handicap out of the four who are playing in his match
Well I'd better get off to bed I'm in need of some Beauty sleep: tell you later about my black eye
Night night love to you both from us both Luvmum and dadxx

Hi John David and Ashley
Well sounds like your weather has been just like ours. Never halted raining yesterday most places, but us smarter people followed what blue sky there was and ended up in St. Andrews then Broughty Ferry. Great day, good chat, good company and good food, what more can a body ask for.
We met Mikey's folks today, it went really well. Had a lovely lunch and more chat. I'd better get out the Weight watchers chart this week, as I've definetely overdone the eating this week. (Not to mention the redand white wine)
As always, great to hear how you are getting on and to read your news. Love seeing the photos.
Take care and speak soon.
Lots of love
Uncle George and Aunt Therese. xxxx

Hiya soggy pants!
Great to hear from you this morning. Just as well I talked you into taking that kagool, eh! Well you'd have been no better over here as we've not had a decent weeks weather yet. Well, at least you're better off over there as you can be assured of a dry night, albeit in a tent, as over here you'd be wet outside and in......and probably get footrot....or foot and mouth cos it's back in England....they better keep it!!! We're doing our best to rectify that leak tho for you coming home. Can only imagine what y'all look like with all that orange dust on yous........'oompaloompa' comes to mind!
Rats are fine, greedy little b......s as usual. Ben has even been grabbing my hand as I 'swiftly' reach in for their dish at feeding time......I think he's gonna maul me! It's almost like the scene in 'Get Me Out Of Here' with Paul Burrows! Nae kiddin! Penny's not moved yet so she's either deed or even more deaf than I thought! Oh, she's no deed cos she must've farted......or yer dad's up.......poooooh!
Anyways, always great to hear from yous and even better to know that yous are having a great time. Take care y'all.
Loads a luv n' stuff

Hi John David & Ashley
Great to hear your news and read about your visit to the gorillas. Glad you are getting to fufil your hopes and dreams. We are all doing well here. Ucle George playing with his pipe band at the world championships tomorrow in Glasgow Green. They did well in the European two weeks ago, so he is hoping the luck lasts.
Off out for the day tomorrow with your Gran, Mum and Aunt Meg. Weather forecast is lousy but we are hoping they get it wrong as usual. I have checked the internet and the best spot seems to be Fife Coast, Dundee etc. So guess where we will be heading. Wherever we go, it should be a good day with us all getting together.
I'd better get off to bed to have my beauty sleep (ha ha - too late you are thinking)
Take care and keep on having fun but be safe.
Lots of love

Hi Ash & JD
Glad to hear that you're getting to do all the things you dreamed of doing. Can't wait to see video clips of your experiences as I can only imagine the swings of emotions yous are feeling. Wish I was there to see the mountain gorillas........I wouldn't even have minded the wet frizzy hair......mines I'm talking about!
All's just the same here. Jordan got his results. Wee cousin George has been signed up to play for CELTIC!!!!!! over 16s.....YOU SHOW THEM GEORGE!
Am gonna put some photos together for Charlotte. Will try and send them via e.mail but might also get together some genealogy info and post it to her as I know she's really inerested in all that stuff. Charlotte spoke to Gran on the phone and she's really excited about your visit. It's gonna be her 60th birhday around that time (Gran can't remember when she said it is in Sept). Gran & Granda send their love.
Say 'Hello' to the rest of the team from us. I'm so glad yous are having some time for fun too.
Loads of hugs & kisses xoxox
PS. So glad I was good at maths cos these we sums we've gotta solve before we can add a message are really quite challenging ;-)

I had a lovely birthday lots of flowers and presents and thoroughly enjoyed my meal at Crowwood, Kelly was really sorry she missed you on the phone. Well love to Ashley Watch yourselves. Mum
Hi John-David & Ashley,
Well Hope you have recovered from the white water rafting I've just about recovered from reading about it. You know what a family of worriers (not warriers) we are: well the story had the same effect on everyone. Nails in the mouth eyes just about popping out but HEY!! Kelly will be pleased: it puts her roof climbing a wee bit in the shade!! What do you think? Once again Take great care of each other, love & Hugs mum&dadxx
Aunt Therese
Hi John David and Ashley
Heard from your Mum today that you have been feeding giraffes again. Now that I might manage. Although seeing as I've had Andy and Mikey here today, its been a bit like feeding the animals at the zoo.
You make life seem so ordinary and dull here. Enjoyed seeing your pics, keep them coming.
Keep having fun, be good to each other and take great care of each other.
Love you lots
Uncle George and Aunt Therese
