Hello from... MALAWI!!

Been in Malawi for three nights so far and its a gorgeous country from what we have seen. If you see on the map, we crossed over from Tanzania on... hmm... Im not sure what day, we've lost all track!!

On a rather absolutely-s***-myself note.... I CANT BELIEVE HOW BIG MY PHONE BILL WAS!!!! F%ck!!! Dad, I know you will have freaked out but think how sad mum would have been if she didnt get to talk to her wonderful, darling daughter. I bought you all presents to heal the pain!!

Moving swiftly on....

We stayed at a place called Chitimba Beach the last two nights on Lake Malawi. The lake is gorgeous, you would think you were by the sea. Malawi is very mountainous (spelling??... not doing good after over a month away am I?!). We're here at Kande Beach for two full days, three nights. There a number of activities we can do here... snorkelling, diving, canoeing, horse riding etc etc. All of which involve being on a boat apart from the horses, so I think i will go horse riding tomorrow or the next day. Think I can handle the canoe too. There is a small island we go over to, and to be fair, its swimming distance away, so we are thinking of getting a canoe for 'safety purposes' and to keep things dry, and we'll just take turns to swim alongside it whilst the others "FORWARD PAAAADDDLLEE" (Sorry, only the ex-truckmates will get that one).

On that note... Hi Wendy. We are all very well. Thank you for your comment on our message board. Everyone says hi. We havent picked up any newbies since Zanzibar so its just me, Jd, HiJin, Dan and Michael. We pick up three in Vic Falls though and we lose HiJin and Michael. Zanzibar was great, it is a shame we didnt get to see you, it would have been nice. But we'll come visit sometime and you are more than welcome to come visit us!

I'll hopefully get round to putting up more photos soon guys, its just been a long day, and well... I cant really bothered! Have felt sick all day, as (if you have all read Wendy's comment) the truck is vvveerrryy bumpy, combined with windy roads... BLEEEUUGGGH!

We've been sleeping outside the past few nights under a mozzie net, as its been very nice here. You can even see the milky way!!!

Ok, not got much else to say just now!

Sorry again about the phone bill... will sort it out when im back to reality! (But really you should be flattered that i miss you so much... and remember, I bought pressies... personalised and everything!!)
