heya!
arrived in new zealand on the 1st november into christchruch which is a great city really nice, they call it a city but its tiny same size as horley, its really english here though everywhere jsut looks like england, millions of cows and sheep and green everyhwere! moved onto kaikoura a whaling town which was really good, huge snow capped moutnains surround the small town went for huge walk to try get closer, tehn onto nelson where we climbed huge hill and got to the centre of nz statue, greeymouht was pretty boring and wet so abotu 10 of us sat and watched a few of teh lord rings films with teh local bakery bringing us teh left over goods, loads of cakes and sarnies pretty good! then onto franz josef where a huge glacier is inbetween all teh snowy mountains, we walked 8 hours on the glacier only got third of the way up. it was awesome had loads of snow ball fights adn got right insode the blue caves and really tight ice gaps. then onto queenstown which is one fo the biggest cities but agian compared to hoem its tiny, went for huge walks upto the top of moutnain to the lookout all over town, huge lake surrouns teh city, then played frisbee golf whcih was a good laugh, went to milford sound from there was should have been lovely but english weather it poured all day and we got completely soaked, few more long walks aroudn teh city then onto dunedin a small scotish city which had a cadbury wolrd factoy was pretty cool loads of free chocies! also they have the worlds steepest road which didnt look it but when your walking up it , its pretty hard going, then onto lake tekepo which is a huge lake with a tiny chruhc next to it and a staue of a collie dog apartently for the first good shepard in the area, climbed up moutnian and had 360 views of area was amzaing! tehn on way been to soem mirror lakes which look great as the waters so still it mirrored mount cook teh highest mountian in nz, back in christchurch now making our way up to north island,
