Well howdy kids, thought it was about time I wrote something else here so listen up and you might learn something :-p I have finally done something worth writing about! Yesterday I went to Wimbledon (as in the tennis not the suburb) which was totally awesome! The worst part was the line - the queue was 3kmlong by the time we got there (at 8am mind u) and we got in at about 11am. Play started at 12 so it wasnt a problem. But still, what a massive line, biggest I have ever seen, theres some photos of it in my album. Once I got in it was awesome. Saw Lleyton Hewitt play on Court 2 (god,imagine seeing lleyton hewitt play at wimbledon,how awesome!) and spent so much time just wandering the grounds, sitting on henman hill (when i could find space) and watching the tennis - saw a few interesting doubles matches, wayne arthurs and alicia molik played one which was good fun. Was there until 9pm (the sun is still up here at 9pm, weird) and then headed home,completely wrecked but after a good day! In other news I got a promotion at work, im now a Team Leader (so awesome) so i am in charge of 13 people, motivating them to hit sales targets, doing their pay and admin, disciplining them (and firing them if necessary :-P) etc etc - its a really cool job and im so glad to get it! Anyway im gonna leave it at that for now cos its late and I have work tomorrow and I dont want to be late for work!
