Earlyish morning. Breakie. Got cab to shared taxi stand heading to denau and grentia to tajikistan. Luckily didn't have to wait long at all. Stunningly beautiful trip over passes and through valleys and plains, semi desert and lush green fields and treelined streets. At grenzia, leaving uzbekistan with a headache given by "strong" boarder and custom officers. Then walk across under scorching sun to other side. Entering tajikistan was much more straightforeward. Got shared cab to dushanbe, paying almost same amount as to get here. No reasonable guest house, got nice room in hotel. Dinner and sleep.
