Antoinette Hildebrandt's Travels
Today we started off at the Concierge where they held the prisoners until their public executions. The most famous being Marie Antoinette. Then we made our first trip on the metro (which we agreed was much nicer than the trains) to visit the Chocolate museum. It was really interesting and we watched a small chocolate demonstration and got to try the free samples followed by a hot chocolate - yum! Nearby was the wax museum (Musee Grevin) that included the light and mirror show that they had for the 1900 universal exhibition. It was surprisingly good.
Back on the metro and to the Sacre Coeur. We rode the furnicular up the hill because we could and looked round inside the church. Finally we went to the Dali Museum. What can I say, Dali was one weird guy!
