We have now arrived in Grand Cayman and want to use this website to entice you to come out and visit us!!

The climate is hot all year round (80-90 degrees) and there is unlikely to be any rain between December and June.

Note that officially hurricane season runs from June to November although September is the peak month. During September, the weather is very mixed with daily tropical storms and cloud. I believe the other months during this period should be ok - there may be some cloud and rain but there should be enough sunshine!!

Also note that my busy time for work will be from Jan to June (particularly the last 2 weeks in June) so if you want good weather and to not have to put up with me then those months are perfect!! Abs should be flexible throughout the year.

British Airways fly direct from Heathrow to Grand Cayman on Tues, Weds, Fri and Sat. The flight is approximately 11 hours including a one hour stop in the Bahamas - unfortunately you can't get off the plane.

Although dependant on the time of visit, flights are generally £600 return. BA quite regularly have a sale on and returns are £500 upwards.

We have been to look round our new flat which is brand new and now furnished (is really nice and the junior suite has the sea view!!). We will add photos and more info to this site once we move in. The web address for the site is

We have set up a 2nd (rather basic) booking site so please have a look to see when other people are already coming out to avoid double booking. Once you have emailed us when you want to come we will update it on the booking site. As you can see there are already some family bookings in - particularly from Jan to March. Debster OMG! I cannot believe you have moved to this amazing looking place. To say I'm jealous is an understatment. I would absolutely love to come and visit so will try my bestest to save lots! Keep an eye out for a lovely, tanned young man for me who will persuade me that the Cayman Islands are the best place to live! Then we can be neighbours!! Like you say Abs, beats Malta!! Have fun guys and hopefully I'll be visiting! xx

Jealous Jess Any time I feel depressed about my dull job and living in this grey city I just visit this site and feel instantly worse. Thanks guys ;o) BT are total idiots and we won't be back in the skype game until beginning of November so next time we see you expect you to be looking like locals & Ant to have prepared a full interactive tour of the flat. we will do likewise and luke can show you his op scar, you'll enjoy that abs. x x x

Kris Neal Hey A&A, Love the website - although abit geeky!!! It looks amaaaaaaaazing and no surprise that you are getting booked up pretty quick. I'll speak to Jess about dates (looks like it will have to be April/ May. Can't wait to come. Ratlock Looks spicy. Booked Cuba tickets last night; will definitely be in havana friday and saturday night if you can make it, also booked a crib for those nights so let me know when you can make a decision and I'll pull a few strings.
