Got up at 11, chilled for a bit till 2.30 when I walked to Linksys stall restaurant! They love us here! There is two restaurants next to each other and they scream 'hello sir, hello miss' at you from down the street! Always go to the same one though!
Michael, Din and me went for a walk at 4 to get a smoothie! Had a strawberry and yogurt one which was beaut! We were sat on a main street and people watching was hilarious! There was a couple of prostitutes at work near us who got turned down every time! No money no honey!
I also saw a dish washer on a moped.
Me and Din were comparing the differences between Cambodia and England. He has been to England before. The things he thinks are weird include; eating alone at restaurants and no one speaks to you, fish and chips, driving on the wrong side, fixed prices, not eating on the street, etc
Went home, got ready and went to the beer stalls that are about 4 meters from Din's guest house. Saw a western guy wearing Jesus Sandals with rainbow stripes socks up to his knees. Wrong on so many levels so I had to take a sneaky picture!! It was a must.
We looked at a map and decided we could walk to 61 Club. It took 30 minutes to walk there, I felt a bit unsafe but we are always wary so it's ok!
When we got there, we got escorted into the club! It's very posh! There is a big DJ station, dance floor then standing tables everywhere and a chill out area at the back. It's all a bit inbred like fuel though, everyone knows everyone and everyone's business.
Michael didn't want to dance as he felt under dressed and Din didn't like the music. Great! Ha so we had a drink, people watched, talked then left.
Got a taxi back to our street (god knows what it's called) and walked to a noodle soup stall. We always get vegetarian noodle soup as Michael doesn't like the look of some of the meat and the lady confirmed it. When it came I asked what those mammal like lumps in my soup were and she said pork. She said it didn't matter its still vegetarian. Im used to it now I get it all the time!
Walked home at 3 ish! I feel so bad to the guy who answered the door, it's like a house so everyone woke up when I walked in because they sleep on the floor.
Da called me at 5.30 for two hours. I was not pleased! He said he is coming to Vietnam from Cambodia to see me! I am a very happy girl!!!!!!!!
