Woke up tranquility at 11 and went to the restaurant to have breakfast!
They don't have, sell or use cheese in Cambodia because they think it's weird! So when we saw they did cheese on toast we looked no further! Not quite cheddar though!
Skyped mother much to the guest house staffs amusement! She does ramble on! Gotta love her! Until she saw what I was drinking and said it looked disgusting, thanks mum, the staff love me now! No more iced coffees for me!
Didn't really mention just how dangerous Phnom Penh is while we were staying there as people would worry. Apparently it's the most dangerous city in Asia. No one allowed me to carry a bag or have any possessions on show. On the street we always drink down a girl was shot on in the week we were there, drugs got planted on people at the boarders and airports every day, people get mugged and stabbed. The police don't really care as they are sometimes in on it. I don't have many pictures of there as I didn't take my phone out.
Skyped Debbie (Michael's mum) which is always a laugh! She is hilarious!
Michael is ill so we just chilled all day! He is hot and cold, headache, tired, dizzy and feels sick. Don't worry debs, I'm looking after him!
Went down the beach to Coco Shack to get Michael some western food to make him feel better!
Went back to get ready then walked further down the beach to Cabin Fever for some Mai Thais! Bumped into the girls from Phnom Penh (one of which we nicknamed Fiona from shreck) I think they are rude but Michael likes them!
Walked to dolphin to collect our free drinks from the ticket they gave us walking past before. All the staff were very very drunk! The nice girl last night said all the bars want loads of western staff. You have to get drunk and make the place look busy then serve and party the rest of the night! I would love this for like 3 nights but really!!! The staff looked like zombies and dropped our drinks! Get to bed!
Walked back I our guest house after this as Michael is sick :(
