hey everyone, sorry its been so long, been having too much fun. good news, i´m settting up my interview with voluntarios esperanza right now (the one in santiago, chile) and missing my flight has turned into a great time. í changed my flights so that i am staying in sitges a week longer with alec and then almost ten days with lena in vienna/munich before leaving for buenos aires to be with guingui. this schedule is a lot better for my friends too. i really love it here. sitges is this beautiful little town next to the beach and about a 40min train ride into barcelona, which is also one of the most impressive cities i´ve been to. the company i´ve had has also been quite perfect...and is the main reason why i decided to stay. alec has been helping me practice my spanish, although i really need to stop being so shy and just be cool with sounding like an idiot. he has also shown me a lot of really great buildings, parks, museum, bars and neighborhoods around barcelona and sitges. i really love the modern art/architecture here...especially Gaudi´s work, the Sagrada Familia is my favorite, though all of his stuff is just fantastic. i could definitely get used to the lifestyle here too....the siesta!! great concept=) well gotta go, i will post pics very soon, which will show you so much more than i can describe. love and miss you all very much...i´m trying to get this internet calling to work so maybe i can actually call you guys soon!
