This afternoon we arrived in Portofino, I can honestly say that this is one of the most beautiful places that I have ever seen in my life.

As we got close to the entrance of the marina I could see the landscape, the hills dipped up and down like a roller coaster and the mixtue if different trees and buildings dotted around everywhere was just breathtaking. As we came in the bay the water was turquoise, there were brightly coloured buildings dotted around the marina, the photos I have taken will never do it justice.

Julian and I went for a 35 minute run along the coastline, the path was halfway up a hill and you could look down to little coves with crystal clear waters, or straight ahead at rocky cliffs.

The owners and their guests are going out for. Meal this evening as it is Koos's birthday, Julian and I will also go out for a meal and no doubt go on another little adventure........
