I arrived after 1,5 perfect and sunny pool days in the "city" of Semporna - unfortunately my luggage did not and when I asked the Malaysian Airline guy when to expect it, he told me tomorrow as there is only 1 flight from where I came from a day...I told him the hell will break loose if I need to wait 30 hours, but thank god, my luggage went to Kota Kinabalu and there is a plane arriving from there this afternoon, cross your fingers!

I guess my luggage wants to go home and is scared there will be more nature - but no, now it is diving week! I signed already all my papers, got my book and will have a theory day incl. the theor, test tomorrow, diving starts on Tuesday on a beautiful beach in shallow waters as there is no pool around. Wednesday I have 3 (!) dives and they ll drop me off at Mabul Island where I am going to stay in a longhouse for 2 nights - the Scuba Junkie team will pick me up from there for more diving and I want to have some beach time before departing to Singapore on Saturday ;)

As I am the one and only to take the open water course, it will be only me and an instructor for the next 3 days - Mama, that means I am really in good and professional hands and not with another newbie dive buddy :) All is very safe.

The town looks a bit like the others I have seen so far, could be entrance to hell at night, but this is really only a village, I ll be fine for the next days.
