Hi guys, we arrived safely on sat, took us a while to get our bags from the airport as we were standing at the wrong belt for half an hour.... nothing new.
Arrived at our hostel, shocking place! We have to walk through a dodgy market to get to it with touters all around, but weve got good at the doggy looks.
Sunday- Visited the highest point in hong-kong- the'peak' great views from the top, only c*** up was getting the wrong ferry to hong kong island (we are staying in Kowloon btw). Lydia managed to get a local to laugh AT her today.
Monday, DISNEY!! Yes there is one in hong kong!! Lydia gave it to me for my bday pressie and i finally got to unwrap it, we were big kids for the day, came to us very naturally. Saw the lion king show- awsome, and a 3D opera, not what you might expect- gave me motion sickness. We got our pictures with Mickey and Minnie too! Worked out the metro quite nicely tho. Every night in Hong Kong harbour there is a light show from all the sky scrapers from the opposite island which we viewed tonight. Spectaclear- says Lyds.
