happy new year darlin!! seems like you had an adventurous one too, i spent the hour leading up to midnight searching for a village in rural spain that had its litle square set up with grape bags... we wanted a traditional new year, and were told that some villages give out 12 grapes for the strokes of 12, which you have to cram in before the new year!! we found one, it was hilarious, and we even got free champers!! enjoy the beaches up north there, much love k x x x

Uncle Paul
Gday Angela, It's your Uncle Paul. Your mum has pointed me in the direction of your website and I couldn't not send you a message. Great to see you're in Sydney now. I had such a good time out in Oz back then before you were born. I also had a Ford falcon ... Hope its not the same one :-) .. with a bull bar and a really cool casette deck. If you have time check out the Student Prince pub on Paramatta road and see if they still have Jon and Vangelis as no 61 on the jukebox. I expect you'll be making a visit to the outback, and sleeping under the stars at some point. I'm green with envy. Watch out for the wombats burrows when you're driving on those roads.
Its raining back here and we had a 'mini tornado' up the road last week. Still it'll be Christmas soon.....
Have a very merry one..
Angela

being a bit rubbish with the emails, sorry! thought about you yesterday, as it was bonfire night, i was reminising about the mulled wine drunken-ness of the party kate and i had a few years ago. Anyway, just wanted to say hi, and even though i might be very green and envious, you're not forgotten! hope your having loads of fun,

Hi ang, All sounds great, especially glow warms!
and happy birthday al!
Salisbury Chris
Hey ange, it sounds like you're havin a fab time & that everyone is getting on together. Pretty jealous of the whole journal so far especially finding your own private waterfall (i'm sure they had something like that in 'The Beach' before it all went Pete Tong!). Have you got to talking/drinking much with the locals?
Salisbury is much the same - the house is still up for sale and Robbie still hasn't fixed the bathroom towel rail... or the kitchen lights... or anything else! But he's on it... We've got a new housemate, Will, but it'll always be Ange's room.
Your folks are putting me up for the night before the Great North Run, of which i'm hugely grateful, so by the time i return to Salisbury i'll be speaking reet proper Geordie like. Take care & say hey to Al from us.
