Sorry weve not blogged sooner but this is the first time weve managed to find an internet caf (or cybercafé). Wehehehehell, what a first week. Le Touquet was lovely but very windy and stormed all night? we headed south last weds with a stopover in change (our first experience at an aire _ very nice), then set off further south again on the thurs only to break down just outside beaupreau. Luckily it was only a nut that had come off the accellerator cable and they were able to fix it roadside (damn, why didnt we put more bolts in the van), but it took 3 hours from first calling the breakdown recovery. So, to make up for lost time we decided to head onto the motorway for a bit BIG MISTAKE, pop, fart, squelch there goes the vans guts all over the motorway!!!
