well after the dissapointment of kyoto i decided to ehad back to tokyo only to not fit in with the enormous size fo the new hostel so i went down to k`s(which is japanese hostel chain) at mount fuji....within an hour of arriving after passing by the beautiful mountansides by train i met an american guy and some ozis from the previous hostel and was asked if i wanted to tag along and climb that bad boy fuji.....well i was skeptical if id make it to the top but i thought im not gona say no cus il probs never bother do it otherwise so my adventure began....

.....the next day i woke up after drinkin half a bottle of wine whilst watching the green mile(this is an amazingly deep film and i felt a tear from my eye at the end). so neways i wasnt exactly roaring to climb but i headed out with Rob(american guy) and his friend Sarah(american girl). started the climb from around 1500 metres at approx 11:00......now seeing that iv never climbed a mountain i didnt know what to expect.....walked up a couple steep zig zag paths for about 2 hours then things started to get rough... 2 hours then things started to get rough....to route then turned into mountanous rock build ups piled with snow with little to hold onto, and when your looking down at a really steep angle at approximately 2400 you do kinda get worried as to how far your gona climb before you lose grip and fall down.....well luckily i was in rock spirit mode and ventured on.....3000 came then 3250 ventured on.....3000 came then 3250 came then the cold started to hit my hands a little bit and my legs practically killed from this point.... my legs practically killed from this point.....3500 legs practically killed from this point.....3500 i turned around and admired the view before i had to venture another 170 or so to the top.....now one thing about fuji is people down tell you how often u get cloud up there-its nearly all the time unless you catch the weather lucky.....well once i made it to teh top all i could see was snow, rock, empty ware house and tons of cloud with small breaks of sunshine which was awesome......we lit a couple of sparklers then decided after 10 mins we couple of sparklers then decided after 10 mins we were freezing our b******s off and needed to head back down.....this was the worst part and i will carry on this story once i arrive back in tokyo in about 6 hours....
