Been struck down by a rank illness! Diarrhoea, vom, headaches, fever, weakness. All part and parcel of the Nepal experience I guess, but feel hurrendous.
Had an awesome sat night in pokhara with friends from Newcastle (who I co-incidentally didn't know were going to be there!). Couldn't go paragliding though as couldn't get out of bed on sunday.
