colin middlehurst Hi Amy,Granny and I are concerned that you have a tummy problem!--hope it has improved by now,I would suggest that you drink plenty of TONIC WATER the old time travellers,in particular the army officers, the qiuinine content is very good for the climate and water conditions that you are traveling in.
